size smaller that 1 & a little more compact. Good angulation, excellent length & depth of rib, head well proportioned, OK eye colour. Not as athletic on the move as 1 & losing out on maturity at present.
30th May 2004 Bath Canine Society JUDGE: Mr Roger Fletcher, Romalia

light slate, at 13 months still looking his age but could not be denied for his quality, excellent shape, correct shoulder & front, lovely length, controlled movement showed his many virtues.

liked him a lot, good head developing with expressive eye, lovely sweep of neck into excellent front angulation in layback of and upper arm, correct shape of ribcage with one of the best lengths of the day, scopy, fluent movement which he could have kept up all day. Liked him enough to consider for the RCC.

Post Graduate Dog 1st
This class caused me a dilemma. Both 1 and 2 were good but very different. 1 was a 2½ years slate that presented a great shape stood; very eye catching. Good construction all through; would prefer a little more overall length. Movement was very good; effortless gait correct front and rear. Very well handled

Limit Dog 2nd
Unlucky to meet the winner and another male I have judged before and like - so remeniscent of yesteryear. Now maturing into a super dog. Good in head proportions, eye and expression. Beautoful sweep of neck into lovely front angulation, in layback and upperarm. Good in rib, both in shape and length (one of the best of the day). Strong rear and neat hocks. Light on his feet with lovely action. On the day he was just outmoved by the winner.
